Nothing has to be falling apart

You are still getting the job done. But life is not working as well as it should.

The job pays the bills. People depend on you. You keep moving. From the outside, there may not appear to be anything wrong.

You do not need another motivational speech. You need space, structure and a clear place to start.
You are tired more often than you are not.
Life has started to feel like work, recover and do it all again.
You know you are capable, yet you second-guess yourself more than you back yourself.
There is a conversation, decision or boundary you keep putting off.
You keep calling parts of your life “fine” because you do not know what to do about them.

Why does staying stuck feel safer?

The situation you know can feel safer than the outcome you cannot guarantee.

The voice in your head can make tolerating what is not working sound more responsible than risking change. It may be trying to protect you. It may also be making your decisions for you.

Map the real blockage

Stop trying to solve the loudest problem.

We will look at your life as a whole so you can identify what is creating pressure underneath it and choose the first change that will make a real difference.

01

Assess the Six Pillars

See which pillars of your life are solid, strained or actively draining you.

02

Find Where Your Energy Is Going

Identify the responsibilities, habits and unfinished situations consuming your capacity.

03

Meet the Devil on Your Shoulder

Hear what self-doubt repeatedly says, what it causes you to avoid and what listening has cost you.

04

Understand Your Relationship Patterns

See how silence, unclear boundaries and unspoken expectations become resentment, withdrawal or anger.

05

Communicate Clearly Under Pressure

Separate what happened from what you made it mean, ask for clarity and state what you need.

06

Build Your 30-Day Plan

Choose one priority, act within 72 hours and leave with a plan that survives Monday morning.

This workshop is for you if

You are functioning on the outside and battling yourself internally.

Whether you work in mining, trades, industry, leadership, business or somewhere completely different, this day is built for men who are used to getting on with it.

  • You keep saying you are just tired, but rest does not fix it.
  • You have a good income but feel trapped by what it provides.
  • You know something needs to change but cannot identify exactly what.
  • You keep delaying a decision because you cannot afford to get it wrong.
  • You are becoming more withdrawn, frustrated or short-tempered.
  • You are tired of hearing yourself make the same excuses.

Straightforward. Private. Practical.

You will not be expected to tell strangers your life story.

This is coaching and practical education, not group therapy. You will reflect privately, work through structured exercises and have opportunities to speak with other men. Sharing is encouraged, but it is always your choice.

  • You do not need the right words.
  • You do not need to arrive knowing what is wrong.
  • You do not need to make a reckless decision.
  • You do need to be willing to look honestly at what your current way of living is costing you.

More than a day of useful information

Leave with tools you can keep using.

The goal is not to leave fired up for a day and return to the same pattern by Monday. The day gives you the structure. The follow-up and community help you keep moving.

01

Full-Day Workshop

Structured coaching, private reflection and practical application from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

02

Comprehensive Workbook

A participant workbook containing the exercises, assessments and frameworks used throughout the day.

03

Six Pillars Assessment

A clear audit of the pillars shaping your energy, relationships, direction and capacity.

04

Resource Battery Inventory

A practical view of where your physical, mental, emotional and time resources are being drained.

05

Self-Doubt Tools

Tools to identify the voice keeping you stuck and make decisions without letting fear run the process.

06

Communication Frameworks

Practical structures for boundaries, clarification and cleaner conversations when pressure is high.

07

Follow-Up Group Coaching

Review your progress and reset your plan on Friday, 6 November 2026 at 10:00 am.

Built for men who are used to getting on with it

Developed from real coaching with real men.

Change Channel founder Imogen Hobbs spent four years working at one of Mackay’s major coal ports, including six hours a day in the field with the guys. After more than 15 years in self-development and four years in business, she understands how easily a man’s ability to push through can hide what is happening underneath.

“I was surprised by your ability to see me clearly when I put the masks on. You have called out our BS clearly. Your ability to challenge with a gentle kindness, but a forceful push at the same time...”
