Rescheduling your appointment
Rescheduling appointments needs to be completed a maximum of 2 hours before your original appointment is scheduled.
To reschedule your appointment follow the link on your appointment confirmation email. Alternatively, email change.channel.coaching@gmail.com and we can help you find a time more suitable.
Cancelling my package
Results take time, and creating systematic and sustainable change asks that you show up for yourself time and time again, with that in mind, if you reach the end of your package and you truly believe you haven't achieved noticeable results and you have done the work, Change Channel will refund the full price. If you pull out of the sessions prior to the end of the package, you will be refunded the remainder of the unused sessions.

Minimum Booking time
Numerology Readings require a 24 hour booking time so that your chart can be prepared
Coaching sessions can be booked up to 2 hours before the session time. If you find yourself in an emergency situation please message us through the Change Channel Whatsapp account and we will assist you as best we can. Business Whatsapp will be provided once you have booked in your package.
No-Shows
We understand things come up unexpectedly, if this is the case please let us know by email or Whatsapp message so that we can assist you as best we can. No-shows will be charged the full price of the appointment.
